Projectile loom

It can weave fabric from 2800 mm to 6550 mm and is available in single or twin beam version with an option of top beam with beam diameter combinations of 800/1000/1100 mm.It is possible to weave fabrics with a combination of 2, 4 or 6 colours and shedding motion possible is Tappet, Dobby and Jacquard. It is in short a high performance projectile weaving machine with an insertion arte of up to 1,500 meters per minute and consumes lesser amount of electricity, thanks to the new picking lever and integrated picking shoe.It features a perfect control of warp tension with new force sensors for warp tensioner and whip roller which ensures excellent fabric cover and is best suited for dense fabrics. An added feature is the electronically controlled projectile brake which adjusts braking force pick by pick ultimately providing a longer life to the costly projectile and a minimal chance of broken and missing pick.
